A little help, when you need it.

Before you pay

Take your time with the preview. Review every page, edit the writing and check photographs, dates and names. No payment is taken while you are answering the questions or saving an unfinished draft.

Immediate digital delivery

These products are personalized digital files. Before ordering, we ask you to request immediate access and acknowledge the loss of any applicable cancellation right once delivery begins. That agreement is included in your order confirmation.

If something is wrong

If a file will not open, pages are missing, the delivered version differs from what you approved, or a payment appears duplicated, please contact us with your order reference and a short explanation. We will investigate and, where appropriate, correct or replace the files. Your legal rights for faulty or misdescribed digital content are not excluded.

Changes & printing costs

Open your purchased edition, make your correction, review it and choose Export my updated files. Five updated exports are included for 90 days, keeping the same product, page count and paper size. Your previous files stay available if an update fails. Changing formats requires a new purchase. These included exports do not limit your rights if the delivered files are faulty or not as described. Please print one test copy before ordering a batch from a printer; printing is a separate service and its costs are not part of this purchase.
