What you receive

A personalized digital newspaper or keepsake, written from your information and composed in your chosen design. The Single is one sheet with two printable sides. The Signature has four folded newspaper pages. The Keepsake has six pages on three flat double-sided sheets. Up to four additional pages are optional and charged before checkout: a four-page folded section or two-page flat sheets. Every purchase includes a print-ready PDF and an editable PDF; folded editions also include a reading-order PDF. Printed copies, printing services and delivery are not included.

Create, review, then pay

Choose a design, answer the questions, add photographs, and create your edition. Review every page and correct names, dates, facts and crops before placing an order. AI-assisted writing can make mistakes, so final review matters. The checkout buys the saved version you approve. Later draft edits do not change a purchased file until you export an update. Five updated exports are included within 90 days of purchase, for the same product, base format, total page count and paper size. Your original approved purchase snapshot is retained during this period. Changing to another format requires a new purchase. If something is wrong with the delivered version, contact us.

Price & delivery

The total USD price, including applicable taxes, is shown before payment. There is no subscription. We prepare the files before sending you to Stripe’s secure payment page. Downloads unlock after the server confirms payment. Your account and order confirmation provide access; files remain available online for 90 days. Download and keep a local copy.

Your editable PDF

Your purchase includes an editable PDF with text fields for small corrections in a compatible PDF reader. Keep the original print-ready PDF for your printer. Larger writing, photograph or layout changes can be made through your saved edition in our studio. Five updated studio exports are included within 90 days for the same purchased format. Downloaded PDFs remain yours to keep and use for your personal celebration.

Personal event use

You may print copies for the event or people celebrated in your edition and give those copies to your guests. You may also keep personal digital copies. You may not resell the design, redistribute an editable template or offer our layouts as a competing template service. You retain rights in the text, photographs and other material you supply.

Photographs & printing

Only upload material you have permission to use. The PDF uses embedded fonts, RGB color and white margins; it does not include bleed or trim marks. Color and paper appearance vary between screens and printers. Check the printing guide, your printer’s supported paper size and one physical test copy before producing a batch.

Cancellation & problems

Immediate digital delivery requires a separate agreement before payment. Where a cancellation period applies, you acknowledge that it ends when delivery begins. This does not remove your rights if files are faulty or not as described. Read our correction and help information. Nothing in these terms restricts mandatory consumer rights.

Keeping your account safe

Keep your sign-in secure. Saved drafts are private to your account. Do not upload unlawful material or attempt to access another customer’s edition. Browser drafts and downloaded files remain on shared devices after sign-out, so remove those copies when needed.
