WEDDING NEWSPAPER GUIDES
Canva template, custom designer or written for you?
A template gives you a layout to fill in, and a designer usually needs your content first. With A Day in Print, you share your notes and photos, and we write and compose the newspaper for you.
| Feature | A Day in Print | Canva-style template | Custom designer |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who writes the words | We do. An AI-assisted service writes from your notes, and you review every page. | You write everything yourself. | It depends on the designer. Often you supply the words. |
| Your writing tone | Choose from original, romantic, funny or mysterious, depending on the occasion. | Whatever you can write yourself. | Depends on the words you supply. |
| Who does the layout | Composed for you in your chosen design. | You edit the template and place your photos. | The designer, once your content is ready. |
| Your time | Notes, photos and a final check. | Writing, layout and checking. | Briefing, supplying content and approving proofs. |
| Getting started | Start online whenever you like. | Learn the template, then build it yourself. | Usually a brief or a call first. |
| Print files | Print-ready PDF included. Folded editions also get a booklet file arranged for folding. | You export the file and check it yourself. | Depends on the designer. |
| Later changes | Editable PDF, plus five updated exports within 90 days. | You make every edit yourself. | Depends on the designer. |

You don’t have to write it
Writing is often the hardest part. Give us facts and rough notes, and an AI-assisted service writes the headlines and stories in your chosen tone. AI can make mistakes, so you review every page and correct anything before ordering.
The layout is done for you
Choose from three designs for each occasion. We place your photographs and compose every page, so there is no template to learn and no layout to build.
One price covers it all
Your edition includes the personal writing, the design, a print-ready PDF and an editable PDF. Folded editions also include a booklet file already arranged for folding.
Changes stay simple
Use the editable PDF for small text corrections. For bigger changes, update your saved edition and export new files. Five updated exports within 90 days are included for the same product, page count and paper size.
